Bikram Yoga is the fastest growing yoga practice in the world today. It is a series of 26 postures including 2 breathing exercises that provide a total body workout. This encourages weight loss, prevents injuries, boosts the immune system, improves concentration and improves physical balance, strength, flexibility and stamina. Bikram Yoga is practiced in a warm room heated to just above body temperature to increase flexibility, provide a cardio workout, flush toxins, and melt away stress.

The Bikram beginning practice is suitable for beginners and advanced yogis appealing to both men and women of all fitness levels. No prior experience is necessary and our certified instructors will help you advance at your own pace.
